Is there a way to make posts available only to certain people? I have people who follow me for my woo astral bullshit, and fandom followers as well. I don't really want my fandom followers to get hit with the spooky woo shit, nor do I want all my woo shit out in public.

Yep! Access filters. Organize -> Manage Filters -> Manage your access filters. You can ask who wants in on the "woo astral bullshit filter", put those folks on WABfilter, and then tick the WABfilter checkbox whenever you make a WAB post.
