I Think I Might Move To Here

I think I might move over to Dreamwidth, rather than stay on Tumblr. I've been feeling like I need a new start, tbh, and this should help me with that. That still doesn't solve the want for dashomancy, but I've signed up to get a key for Pillowfort, so that should help.

I'm going to wait a few days to decide what to do with my Tumblrs, since my one is *still* struggling to import, and I started that on Thursday, I think. I might just copy+past to the private WordPress blog, idk right now.

My import to Wordpress took five days, but it did import without any issues eventually. You still have time for it to go through before the 17th.

The blog I have selected to import is all text, so I'll wait for a bit to get it more of a chance to import.

Well, it's a good thing I subscribed to you on here then if you end up deciding to stick around and become active over here.

I'm not even going to bother importing my Tumblr blog post to anywhere else. At least one third of it are things I was going to delete anyway. I was planning on doing some spring cleaning over there at some point. It's still on my to do list actually.

I'm probably still going to end up being active over on there to some extent. Partly because I'm just downright stubborn like that.

But I'll probably end up becoming active on here to some extent when I get around to it and when it feels right. It will probably be a gradual process though.

Being back on here is a bit bittersweet for me though. I tried this place out about half a year before my first attempt at a Tumblr blog back in 2016. I was on here then to keep in touch with a few people for the most part. Things didn't really work out there though.

I forgot how extremely accessible this site is though. Kind of a pleasant suprise I wasn't expecting.

At least I'll be able to keep in contact on a more regular basis on here though. Which is something that was certainly terrible on Tumblr. I still apologize about that by the way.

One of the things I like so far about this site, is how easy it is to use with my magnification app.

I do like this place so far, since I feel comfortable writing short posts (I feel like WordPress is best for longer posts.)
